Littel change can bring Good result !!!!

During my college days I was doing summer project in a hospital “Rabindranath International Institute of Cardiac Sciences in Kolkata (India). When I was entering in the OPD area for the first time I saw a play card hanging written “We Call our patient a Guest”. At that time I dint know what actually means so I spoke to the manager about this he told me that generally nobody would likes to be called as patient when they only here for consultation. If our Guest or visitor (Patient) see patient written everywhere then they feel bad about themselves. You can see in other hospital everywhere patient words written stat from gate wall to OT that why are trying to minimize this. In place of Patient admission hospital are using “Guest or Visitor Check-in” or Guest Admission or only Admission. Instead of Patient support cell they are using “Guest Support cell”. Then I realize that how a name can make a difference. I also believe that we have to make hospital as such that it gives feeling like a 5 star hotel “a home away from Home”
