How to increase patient inflow for low scoring provider ?


Improving the quality care in the hospital is not the rocket science as most of us think. Patient inflow at one provider is well but others is not up-to the mark. Apart from marketing and promotion of the provider provider themselves increase the patient inflow with simple way. If provider just do self analysis and self improvement will lead good result. I found some simple ways which I would like to share here.
  • Prepare your office and before patient comes, keep every equipment ready before start seeing any patient, but this can be only possible if Dr. come just 15-30 min before his/her first scheduled patient because if you are ready this will increase the waiting time of the patients and patient feel irritate and likely not come next time.
  • Give sufficient time to each patient.
  • Listen what they want to share with you, let them to speak, clear all the doubt of the patients.
  • Tell all this related to their complications- A patient survey show that most of the patient does not what doctor told about their complications.
  • If incase you find the one patient take more time, just go outside and tell other patients who are waiting.
  • See how you are speaking? What are you speaking is right? , be very generous to the patient.
  • If needed you can go for shadow training with a experience healthcare consultancy.
